Pharmacy benefit manager Express Scripts (ESRX) said U.S. prescription-drug spending rose more last year than it had since 2003, according to its annual review. According to the 2014 Drug Trend Report, spending on drugs among the commercially insured rose 13.1% to $980 per member last year.
