A Verizon Communications (VZ) wireless spectrum deal with Dish Network (DISH) is still possible, analysts say, in the wake of the satellite TV broadcaster’s decision to surrender some airwave licenses won at a government auction for rebidding. That’s because most of the airwaves surrendered are near spectrum blocks now owned by AT&T (T) and T-Mobile US (TMUS), while Dish Network kept airwaves closer to Verizon’s, says Jefferies analyst Mike Scalper1 News
