TV remote control maker Universal Electronics (UEIC) could get a badly needed boost to sales from Comcast’s decision to deploy UEI’s voice command remote. At the MoffettNathanson Media & Communications Summit on Wednesday, Comcast (CMCSA) CEO Brian Roberts said that the cable company has aggressive plans to distribute the XR-11 Voice Remote made by Universal Electronics.
