Cisco Systems is showing signs of resurgence. The No. 1 maker of computer networking gear, which aspires to “become the No. 1 IT company,” late Wednesday reported fiscal Q2 earnings that beat Wall Street estimates, as the company continues to grow in new areas and demand for its core products improves.
