Cisco Systems Has Upside Despite Declining Growth

Cisco Systems (CSCO) might be down, but it’s far from out. So says Jason Ader, an analyst with William Blair & Co., in a research report Thursday. He says the computer networking leader still has plenty of upside despite late Wednesday posting a year-to-decline in revenue for its fiscal Q2 ended Jan. 25.
