Bristol Q4 Beats, But Nivolumab Still Worries Market

Big pharma Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMY) beat Q4 estimates and tried to clarify the progress of its oncology program Friday, sending shares vacillating wildly on the stock market today. On Thursday, Bristol-Myers stock dropped after it posted a new nivolumab trial in lung cancer that sparked worries that this meant the ongoing trial of nivolumab in combination with Yervoy wasn’t going so well.
