Specialty drugmaker Auxilium Pharmaceuticals (AUXL) adopted a poison-pill provision Wednesday to fend off a possible hostile bid from Endo International (ENDP), the morning after Endo announced an unsolicited $2.2 billion bid for Auxilium.
