Apple (AAPL) chip supplier NXP Semiconductors (NXPI) is selling its RF power business to China’s JianGuang Asset Management (JAC Capital) for $1.8 billion, a move to satisfy concerns over its pending acquisition of peer Freescale Semiconductor (FSL).
