Amazon, Microsoft Raze Barracuda Cloud; Stock Crashes

Tech giants Microsoft (MSFT) and Amazon (AMZN) “hijacked” Barracuda Networks’ (CUDA) Q3 cloud business, a William Blair analyst said Friday as Barracuda stock crashed to a record low on the company’s third consecutive billings miss. Intraday on the stock market today, Barracuda stock plunged nearly 34%, trading below 11 at a new low.
