SunPower (SPWR), Trina Solar and JA Solar Holdings all got upgrades and price target hikes Friday from investment bank RBC Capital Markets, based on factors ranging from easing capacity constraints to diversification and expansion efforts. RBC analyst Mahesh Sanganeria, in research reports Friday, upgraded SunPower, JA Solar Holdings (JASO) and Trina Solar (TSL) to outperform.
