Apple iPhone 6 Seen Boosting China’s Export Data

Apple’s (AAPL) iPhone 6 launch, expected next Tuesday, will boost China’s export growth by 1% per month for the rest of 2014, says Bank of America Merrill Lynch. The handsets are mostly manufactured in China. China’s exports already jumped 14.5% in July from July 2013. On a three-month moving average basis, China’s exports rose 9.6% in Q2. The iPhone 6’s release will boost Taiwan’s exports as well as China’s, say Bank of America economists Ting Lu Scalper1 News
