Microsoft (MSFT) on Thursday received an endorsement from investment bank Stifel Nicolaus, which raised its rating on the stock to buy from hold. “We are increasingly confident in continued growth in the commercial division and believe aggregate devices and consumer profitability is heading in the right direction,” Stifel analyst Brad Reback said in a research report.
