Saying the Alipay e-commerce affiliate of Alibaba (BABA) has extended its first-mover advantage in its strategy to attract mobile shoppers, investment bank JG Capital on Monday maintained an overweight rating on Alibaba stock and it price target of 135. Alibaba E-Commerce Unit Now Offering Shoppers Loans

Alibaba Holdings’ (BABA) e-commerce affiliate Ant Financial Services Group reportedly announced this week that shoppers on Alibaba’s Tmall and Taobao e-commerce sites can now take out month-to-month loans of up to $4,800 using a new payment option called Huabei, or Just Spend. Alibaba Group Holding’s (BABA) September IPO put dual-class stocks back in the spotlight, while Google, which already had a dual-class stock, in April created a new class of nonvoting stock with its stock split, creating a tri-class stock. Dual-class share structures give some shareholders, usually the company founders, holdings in a class of stock that has more voting rights per share than others. Opponents raise governance issues, but defenders
