IPO Market On Sizzle For Big Year, Led By Health Care

Seven initial public offerings Friday raised the total for the year to 271, up 23% from the year-earlier period and the most since 2000. The IPOs have raised $84.2 billion, which includes the $21.8 billion raised by Alibaba (BABA) on Sept. 18, according to IPO ETF manager Renaissance Capital.
