Amazon.com Expects Record Holiday Sales Season

Tight-lipped Amazon.com (AMZN) says that during the holiday shopping season it experienced “record-breaking metrics” for its Prime loyalty program, company-made devices and original video content, according to a Monday press release. “(We) believe this will be our best holiday season ever,” Amazon spokeswoman Katie McFadzean wrote to IBD in an email.
