The payoff for Akamai Technologies’ (AKAM) hike in capital spending will come in “late 2015 and into 2016” when customers, presumably including Apple, launch Internet video services, says an analyst. The uncertain timing of Apple’s (AAPL) Web TV, or OTT, launch has been an overhang on Akamai’s stock. “As more OTT (over-the-top) offerings hit the market in late 2015 and into 2016, the revenue associated with this incremental traffic can allow
