Priceline Faces Complex Customer Satisfaction Issues

Priceline took it on the chin recently when market tracker ForeSee issued a report showing that the Web travel agency came in with some of the lowest customer satisfaction scores among 100 large U.S. online sellers surveyed. Amazon.com (AMZN) and L.L. Bean, in comparison, weighed in with the highest customer-satisfaction scores in the “ForeSee Experience Index: 2013 U.S. Retail Edition” issued on Jan. 7.
