Dish Q1 Subscriber Adds Above Views, EPS Misses

Dish Network (DISH) on Thursday reported better-than-expected first-quarter subscriber additions and revenue, but profit and EBITDA were below views. The No. 2 satellite TV broadcaster said Q1 EPS fell 19% from the year-earlier period to 38 cents a share. Dish said revenue rose 6.5% to $3.59 billion.
